We are Oriental Stone International Development LLC (Oriental Stone) is dedicated on achieving over-all customer satisfaction through dynamic innovation and constant improvements of its business processes.The companyguarantees that this Quality Policy statement and the associated procedures areappropriate to all related-activities and workundertaken within the organization.

We will continually improve our quality performance by:

  • Sustaining a Quality Management Systemto meet the requirements ofISO 9001: 2015;
  • Establishing policies, targets and objectives for Quality;
  • Defining the responsibilities, authorities and communication process within the organization and all of its business undertakings;
  • Regularly reporting our performance to our employees;
  • Allocation and managing resources which includes human resources, infrastructure and safe working environment;
  • Instituting all employeesto be trained, competent and aware of their roles in providing good client service;
  • Ensure that acquired products or materials from external providers are effective, safe and reliable to use; and out-sourced processes and services are of consistent and sufficient quality;
  • Periodically review the performance of the management system and our quality objectives.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually (or as and when required) by the Top Management. This will be briefed and acknowledged by all employees on induction and following any policy changes. This is made available to external providers, clients and the public.
