Code of Conduct
We, at We are Oriental Stone International Development LLC (Oriental Stone) are committed to uphold the highest level of professionalism. The Oriental Stone’s Code of Conduct expresses commitments and values categorized in three groups (see below). This Code of Conduct applies to all employees and Top Management.
- INTEGRITY:
- We should always act with honesty, objectivity and transparency.
- We should comply with the rules, policies, procedures and guidelines, making sure that we follow instructions that are reasonable, lawful and within our capability and training. Lastly, satisfactorily meet the requirements of our designated position.
- Punctuality – arriving at work on time, adhering to designated breaks and giving prior notice when taking leaves.
- Responsibility – Deal fairly with co-workers, clients, contractors and suppliers and maintaining professional relationship with them. Utilizing the work time to complete all tasks given.
- We should respect diversity by treating one another with equality regardless of gender, status, race and religion.
- RELIABILITY:
- We should be working hand in hand in helping our company to achieve high performance standards thus; we need to correct/report any defect and error in our workplace or any employee’s malpractice.
- We should not use, distribute or disclose and confidential information, message, data or any company properties to any person or entity for personal gain.
- Ensuring that at all times we would only use Email / Internet at work for which it was intended for to meet the ethical and social standards of the workplace.
- BUSINESS SUCCESS:
- We should always exceed our client’s expectations by our excellence, innovation and going beyond the miles in everything we do.
- We should maintain awareness in the development of the industry we are in, taking every opportunity to know our competing organization, market position and prospect clients/business as it comes.
- We should look for ways on how to improve ourselves and our work methods and process, how to solve workplace problems and do not hesitate to voice out any suggestion and idea.
- Professional Image – we represent our company in the community we are in thus, we should demonstrate and act ethically and avoid actions that can bring the organization into disgrace.
